SUMMARY
Provides administrative support to Branch Operations Manager and phone/email support to all members of Branch Staff with questions regarding branch procedures, policies and systems. Provide support to customers through the Virtual Banking Machine and Andera Online Account opening system.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Performs and completes in an efficient and courteous manner support to the branches; assists with phone calls & emails to the Branch Support hunt line and helps branch staff with policy, procedure and system-related questions and problems.
Works with Branch Operations Manager and Retail Support Manager to facilitate and communicate changes to Branch procedures and BPM forms, account and service workflows.
Demonstrates a positive, energetic and upbeat personality in order to effectively interact with customers through the video conferencing teller system; processes various transactions and resolves customer inquiries.
Assist with Andera and HSA Support calls and emails, processing Andera applications and HSA Investment enrollments.
Retains a current and complete knowledge of the Bank's products and services.
Assists in preparing or managing multiple reports and training materials for management and processing branch invoices for payment.
Reviews forms and work completed by branch staff for accuracy, providing training to staff when errors occur to limit mistakes.
Organizes and prioritizes large volumes of information.
Handles confidential and non-routine information.
Works independently and within a team on special and non-recurring and ongoing projects.
Distributes general correspondence, memos, charts, tables, graphs, business plans, etc.
Other duties and projects as requested which may include customer presentations.
